At Jason’s Works, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund. Any and all refunds given will be in the form of store credit. Please e-mail us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information: Your name, your order number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.
Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.

* NOTE: There is currently a very long delay in international shipping due to the global pandemic and shutdown. Commercial airplane flights are greatly reduced and most international shipping is being done by boat.
Shipping may take several months, if not longer. We are holding international orders until we can verify from you that this delay in shipping is acceptable. Once confirmed, we will ship your order. You will receive a tracking number. Please contact your post with the tracking number to expedite the shipment as much as possible.
If you can not wait that long for your order or we do not receive confirmation from you after you place an order, we can cancel and refund your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. Hopefully normal international shipping times will resume as soon as possible but that is of course an unknown.
Please be aware that your country may impose a VAT tax on the order. Please research your country’s laws and any additional fees that may be placed on the items you order. Also be aware that your customs may hold the package for an unknown time. Paper work is placed in a location to expedite the process.*

All tool orders will be processed every business day in the morning. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing and packing. A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to you approximately 3 days after your order has been processed. Domestic orders will be shipped via United States Post Office 1-3 day priority mail.
