The coin ring technique called the Swedish Wrap, (created by Mikael Möller from Sweden) is now available! This kit comes with one 2" hardened stainless steel Swedish wrap die, 3 hardened bronze plungers, and FREE 2 rolls of pipe tape, and a Jason's Works Sticker. These dies are designed to be the most efficient Swedish wrap dies available. The idea is to use the bronze plungers to press the ring down (reeded side up and wrapped in pipe tape) and use them as spacers on top of themselves to increase the stroke length as you reduce the coin further. *Now you can make the smallest rings form the biggest coins! *COINS AND RINGS NOT INCLUDED* -
Pipe thread sealant tape for the Swedish Wrap. A total of ten rolls, each is 1/2" and 260" long. Thickness is .0028" There's better prices at your local hardware store, wally world, and online so be sure to shop around. New! "Ring Bearer". This is a die used in conjunction with Swedish Wrap dies to allow space for the ring to be extruded. Simply place your Swedish die into the groove of the "Ring Bearer". The 'Ring Bearer" aligns the Swedish die so there is no chance of the ring coming in contact and possibly damaging the ring. There is a cut away portion of the die so you can see the extrusion process. The "Ring Bearer" will also fit with standard dies and can be used to support and lift the standard dies when using folding tools. (will not fit the "Big Boy"Die). NOTE: This die will work in conjunction with arbor and hydraulic presses. -
Choose the size punch and die you want for your classic self centering Jason's Works punch housing. Ideal to grow your punch kit or replace a worn or damaged punch. The punch and dies are made from hardened tool steel for long lasting punching. You can resharpen your punches for ultimate performance. Get this die to upgrade your current 5/8 inch punch set for your Jason's Works self centering coin ring punch. I like to use this punch size for Morgan dollar and Silver Eagle dollar sized coins. The die is hardened tool steel, hand lapped to be ultra smooth, and zinc plated to resist rust. This new design allows for the plug to fall through the die immediately. Remove the plug from the housing by simply turning the housing over. -

(NOTE: The Auto punches will not work in the classic self centering punch) (NOTE: Punch housing not included) Choose the punch size you would like. For multiple punches, please add multiple orders to your cart. The hole size has a direct effect on the band width of the finished ring. The bigger the hole, the smaller the band width for a specific coin. I believe the largest possible ring sizes for coins look best with a wider bands as the material stretches thinner and the smallest possible ring sizes for coins look best with larger holes as the material compresses and elongates.
