New! "Ring Bearer". This is a die used in conjunction with Swedish Wrap dies to allow space for the ring to be extruded. Simply place your Swedish die into the groove of the "Ring Bearer". The 'Ring Bearer" aligns the Swedish die so there is no chance of the ring coming in contact and possibly damaging the ring. There is a cut away portion of the die so you can see the extrusion process. The "Ring Bearer" will also fit with standard dies and can be used to support and lift the standard dies when using folding tools. (will not fit the "Big Boy"Die). These new taller style of bronze plungers are designed not to bottom out inside the die. The shortest ones is used first, then the medium sized and finally the tallest one to extrude the coin ring. Use this mandrel to expand the 1/4" hole in pennies, dimes, or any other coin that you punch a 1/4" hole in. This tool folds the coin and expands the hole so that the coin will fit onto the expanding mandrel of the coin ring stretcher/reducer. -

Get this die to upgrade your current 5/8 inch punch set for your Jason's Works self centering coin ring punch. I like to use this punch size for Morgan dollar and Silver Eagle dollar sized coins. The die is hardened tool steel, hand lapped to be ultra smooth, and zinc plated to resist rust. This new design allows for the plug to fall through the die immediately. Remove the plug from the housing by simply turning the housing over. -

The fork is very effective at grabbing and holding on to olives and those slippery cherries. Very fancy and no two are alike. DIGITAL EXCEL FILE - NOT A HARD COPY You will be sent an email with a link to download the file after checkout. This file is also available in the "DOWNLOADS" folder within your Jason's Works account. Use this Excel engine calculator to figure out the needed 90% coin silver and pure 99.9% silver to alloy your own sterling silver for pouring bars and/or making your own sterling silver jewelry. Just input the desired total weight of sterling in grams and the program will tell you how much coin silver and pure silver to add. This Excel program was designed and made by my dear friend Michael P. By using this engine, you can calculate the needed coin silver and pure silver for a specific total weight of 92.5% sterling silver. 92.5% of silver is the minimum required for sterling silver. Previously, I was using equal parts of coin silver and 99.9% silver to obtain 95% sterling silver or two parts 90.0% coin silver with one part 99.9% fine silver for 93.3% sterling silver. Michael noticed that there was a noticeable waste of silver in this method. By using this program, you are able to obtain exactly 92.5% sterling silver. In addition to the engine calculator are the mathematical equations and excel programming so that you can check the work yourself if you desire. Also, there is a table showing possible ring size, hole size, and ring band width ratios. In order to work the program, your computer will need to be able to read Excel. 2014 Silver Isle of Man Angel Coin Ring from Jason's Works made with the highest quality coin ring making tools available in the USA. The newest 2016 design has a few changes from the previous years.
