For multiple dies, please add multiple orders to your cart. The hole size has a direct effect on the band width of the finished ring. The bigger the hole, the smaller the band width for a specific coin. I believe the largest possible ring sizes for coins look best with a wider bands as the material stretches thinner and the smallest possible ring sizes for coins look best with larger holes as the material compresses and elongates. -

Get this die to upgrade your current 5/8 inch punch set for your Jason's Works self centering coin ring punch. I like to use this punch size for Morgan dollar and Silver Eagle dollar sized coins. The die is hardened tool steel, hand lapped to be ultra smooth, and zinc plated to resist rust. This new design allows for the plug to fall through the die immediately. Remove the plug from the housing by simply turning the housing over. -

This is a double sided reduction die as described in my manual with .7" and .8" openings at 25 degrees for the optimal fat tire look. The faces are at a special 25 degree, allowing for the detail on the outside of the coin ring to be better protected while reducing during the final sizing. This die is specifically used to get the smallest sizes possible on the smaller coins during the final stage of sizing. This die is to be used in conjunction with the other dies available and not by itself alone. You can achieve more of the "fat tire" look by using this die last. Coin sizes that can be used are the quarter, nickle and penny. * NOTE * This die should be used after the initial reducing has been done from the other dies in the set, and not by itself alone. NEW STABILIZING TOOLS! Replaces the delrin balls and stops coins from slipping in reduction dies when folding when using a ring stretcher reducer! *The full set is recommended. This cone is intended to replace a damaged or lost cone from the set. This is the stabilizer folding cone used to fold coins when using a ring stretcher/reducer machine with reduction dies. Use this cone to assist in folding half dollar, dollar, and American Silver Eagle sized coins. This is the first cone to use when beginning to fold a half dollar sized coin. These stabilizing cones are designed to replace the Delrin Folding Balls when using a ring stretcher/reducer machine to fold your coins. They use the same principal as the balls with added benefits. These cones will stabilize the coin in reduction dies, therefore not requiring a special stabilizing die for each type of coin. This kit comes with one hardened stainless steel Swedish wrap die, 3 hardened bronze plungers, and one free roll of pipe tape, and a Jason's Works Sticker. These dies are designed to be the most efficient Swedish wrap dies available. The idea is to use the bronze plungers to press the ring down (reeded side up and wrapped in pipe tape). These new taller style of bronze plungers are designed not to bottom out inside the die. The shortest ones is used first, then the medium sized and finally the tallest one to extrude the coin ring. New! "Ring Bearer". This is a die used in conjunction with Swedish Wrap dies to allow space for the ring to be extruded. Simply place your Swedish die into the groove of the "Ring Bearer". The 'Ring Bearer" aligns the Swedish die so there is no chance of the ring coming in contact and possibly damaging the ring. There is a cut away portion of the die so you can see the extrusion process. The "Ring Bearer" will also fit with standard dies and can be used to support and lift the standard dies when using folding tools. (will not fit the "Big Boy"Die). NOTE: This die will work in conjunction with arbor and hydraulic presses. -

The faces are at a special 25 degree, allowing for the detail on the outside of the coin ring to be better protected while reducing during the final sizing. This die is specifically used to achieve a fat tire look on the larger sized rings. (Remember, that fat tire look is achieved by over sizing your target size by several sizes and then reducing the ring down to your target size). This die is to be used in conjunction with the other dies available and not by itself alone. Coins that can be used are the half dollar, dollar and Silver Eagle. * NOTE * This die should be used after the initial reducing has been done from the other dies in the set, and not by itself alone. This is a full set of the universal double sided folding and reducing dies ranging from .7" to 1.6" openings at 17 OR 25 degrees for optimal folding and reducing. These dies can be used in conjunction with the stabilizer folding cones and mandrels to fold U.S. dime to Silver Eagle sized coins leaving no mark on the inside of the coin. This die can also be used to fold and reduce similar sized coins for final sizing of coin rings.
